Filetto di Manzo

The meat was grilled over orange-wood charcoal and
had a woodsy,smoky flavour
while the inside was medium-rare, juicy and just
unbelievably melt-in-the mouth tender.

each dish was accompanied with addictive Haricots Verts sauteed in garlic and

crisp, flavoursome baked potatoes and creamed spinach.
