Butta and I have become "sandwich buddies".
This means that every(working)day we send each other close to 10 emails discussing our respective sandwich lunches in detail, swapping filling ideas and debating the merits of Dijon Mustard and Japanese Mayo.

its great:
1.spread over soft white bread and topped with one slice of garlic ham.
then sandwich is squished together real thin.
and eaten in nibbles
2. Broccoli and cream cheese sandwich on whole wheat.
(blanch brocolli, cool and spread laughing cow cheese triangles over bread, stick bits of broccoli in,drizzle the mayo over and pepper it with black.)
3.Bacon sandwiches. mmmmmmmm
I know what you mean about shredding chicken man......damn annoying.ask mummy to do la.

okay, what to do with pesto?i think make a vegetarian sandwich.
definately, nutty, multi grain bread.toasted.
spread with basil-garlic pesto
add roasted vegetables
(zucchini, red/green,yellow bell peppers, onions,mushrooms, eggplant = drizzled with olive oil, salt, pepper and roasted in oven til soft and sweet)
Keep in jar in fridge for starter or sandwich, add mild cheese, (fresh mozzarella?)
