Frustration Is

When was the last time I was wrapped in a great big hug?
Oh how we underestimate the value of them
until they are nowhere to be found

Frustration is:
Tears mingled with sweat and oil
dripping as I toil

and yet still possess enough humour
to make up a rhyme
