That very last bit is not fair, I reckon.
If MPPP fenced in the entire Jelutong area, perhaps I wouldn't be lost there every single time I bother to drive up. And what's with the one way traffic downtown?

Next time, just get a Penang person to be your driver la. One way traffic downtown? i guess you just get used to it and it becomes efficient, in a way. (think short cuts)
